Another feature is the ability to set up the packages in your program for ordering. You can set up each package, and add-on product if you choose, then when placing an order, it’s as simple as selecting the package for each player, instead of selecting each product in the package. At any point in the ordering process, you can still choose a product that isn’t defined in a package.

While it’s great to have a lot of product options to build your program, when you’re ordering, faster is better, which is why we allow you to set up favorites. With this feature you can designate your favorite products, so that during the ordering process, you can see only the favorites, no need to choose from the entire product offering.

Once you begin the ordering process, the software is set up so a workflow of configuring the teams: selecting and cropping the team image, enter the team ID (the ID for the team in the ordering program), the team name (the name that will be printed on the products), and the color for the graphics. After teams are configured, order the individual player products, by selecting and cropping the images, entering player information, and associating them to the correct Team ID, to pull the color and team image for products as needed.

After all the individuals’ products are ordered, simply review and edit the options for the order, review the order, and submit for processing.
